🗺️ Tour Itinerary 🗺️

  1. Day 1: Dehradun – Haridwar

    Meet our driver at Dehradun airport/station/hotel/home and drive to Haridwar. Check into the hotel upon arrival. Evening visit to Mansa Devi Temple & Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri. Overnight stay at Haridwar.

    An Evening at Ganga Aarti Haridwar: The Ganga Aarti in Haridwar’s Har-ki-Pauri is one of the famous rituals in India. It starts at around 6:30 PM after sunset, with large crowds gathered around both banks of the canal that carries the waters of Ganges. Loudspeakers blare songs in praise of Ganga Maiya and Shiva. The time of Aarti sees a bustle of activity on the ghats. A pack of diya comes fully equipped and is self-sufficient! It has a wick lamp surrounded by flowers and lasts for around 30 minutes.

  2. Day 2: Haridwar - Barkot (210kms/7-8Hrs)

    Morning after breakfast, transfer to Barkot via Mussoorie. En-route visit Mussoorie Lake & Kempty Fall in Mussoorie. Later drive to Barkot. On arrival, check-in at the hotel in Barkot for dinner & overnight stay.

  3. Day 3: Barkot - Yamunotri - Barkot {42kms Drive/5 kms Trek (One Side)}

    Early morning after breakfast (packed breakfast), drive to Jankichatti/Phoolchatti and trek from here to Yamunotri (6kms) (either by walk, horse, or Doli at own cost). After taking a bath in Jamunabai Kund’s warm water, cook rice by packing it in a cloth and dipping it in the hot water of the kund. Pilgrims take this cooked rice home as "Prasad". After having Darshan of “Yamunaji”, return to Jankichatti by trek. Overnight stay at Barkot.

    Hanuman Chatti: The confluence of Hanuman Ganga & Yamuna River.

    Yamunotri Temple: Maharani Gularia of Jaipur built the temple in the 19th Century. It was destroyed twice in the present century and rebuilt again.

    Surya Kund: There are a number of thermal springs in the vicinity of the temple, which flow into numerous pools. The most important of these is Surya Kund.

    Divya Shila: A rock pillar, worshipped before entering the Yamunotri Temple.

    Yamunotri: Situated in the western region of the Garhwal Himalayas at a height of 3,235 meters above sea level, Yamunotri is the source of the river Yamuna.

  4. Day 4: Barkot - Uttarkashi (100 kms/4Hrs)

    Morning after a leisurely breakfast, drive to Uttarkashi. Check into the hotel upon arrival in Uttarkashi. Evening visit to Kashi Vishwanath Temple in Uttarkashi. Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.

    Uttarkashi: Situated on the bank of the river Bhagirathi, the temple of Lord Vishwanath is located here, where a massive iron trident is erected. Other important temples include Ekadash Rudra, Bhairav, Gyaneshwar, and Goddess Kuteti Devi.

  5. Day 5: Uttarkashi - Gangotri - Uttarkashi (120kms/5 hrs each side)

    Early morning (packed breakfast) drive to Gangotri (3048 mts). En route at Gangnani, take a holy dip in Garam Kund. Drive to Gangotri via beautiful Harsil Valley, famous for its natural beauty and majestic views of Deodar trees and mountains. Upon arrival at Shree Gangotri, take a holy dip in the sacred river Ganges (Bhagirathi at its origin). Perform Pooja and Darshan, then relax in the lovely surroundings. Later drive back to Uttarkashi. Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.

    Gangotri: This place high in the Garhwal Himalayas is where the holy Ganges originates. According to legend, it was here that Ganga descended on earth when Lord Shiva released the mighty river from the locks of his hair.

  6. Day 6: Uttarkashi - Dehradun

    Morning after breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Dehradun. Dinner & overnight stay at Dehradun.

  7. Day 7: Dehradun - Kedarnath - Guptkashi

    On arrival at Sahastradhara Helipad, we fly to Sersi Helipad, then again fly to Kedarnath from the same helipad. The temple is approximately 500 meters away from the helipad and will take about 15 minutes to reach. The Pandit will accompany the group and lead us to the VIP darshan in Kedarnath temple. After darshan and Poojan, the group will fly back to Sersi helipad. Overnight stay at Guptkashi located at the banks of river Mandakini.

  8. Day 8: Guptkashi to Badrinath

    The group heads toward the Helipad at Sersi Helipad. From the Helipad, we proceed to Badrinath. On arrival at Badrinath Helipad, the group will check into the hotel. After that, we will visit Mana village, the last border of India with China for sightseeing. In the evening, passengers will attend Swarna Aarti at Badrinath temple and then have dinner. Overnight stay at Badrinath.

  9. Day 9: Badrinath - Dehradun After breakfast, Fly back to Dehradun and collect luggage from the hotel. Drop at Dehradun Airport.

  1. Overweight charges @Rs.1500/- per kg above 75 kgs would be applicable.
  2. 50% advance to be deposited at the time of booking confirmation.
  3. Balance 50% before 15 days from the Tour Starts.
  4. Check In / Checkout time at all properties would be as per the hotel.
  5. All the above-mentioned rates are per person rates.
  6. Rooms holding shall be for a period of 24 hours only.
  7. The above rates are applicable strictly for resident Indian citizens only.
  8. Any amendment in the booking is chargeable at Rs.500 Per Person as communication charges.
  9. All disputes are subject to Haridwar Jurisdiction.

❌ Normal Cancellation Policy

  1. Prior to 45 days or more - 10% of the tour cost.
  2. Between 44 and 31 days of departure - 35% of tour cost.
  3. Between 30 and 15 days of departure - 50% of tour cost.
  4. Between 14 days and 7 prior to the date of departure - 75%.
  5. Between 6 days and in case of no show - 100%.

🌍 Cancellation Policy in Times of Covid-19

  1. In case of lockdown imposed by the Government or any change in SOPs from the government, if a tour gets postponed, the amount shall be adjusted in future bookings for the same guest, subject to availability. Rates may differ as per the season.
  2. If guests do not wish to travel in the future, then Rs.1500/+ GST shall be charged per person as our service charges.
  3. Refund shall be managed only after receiving from our vendors and concerned hotels. We will expedite this process to the best of our capability.
